Catch a falling snowflake!

I just had to let Logan run around outside in the snow. The biggest snow storm we've had so far. He tried to catch some on his tongue. I don't think it happened. Well, we're pretty busy over here. We started moving into a house down the street today. We're house sitting while a couple in our ward goes on a mission. We have a lot of cleaning to do before we can even move our stuff in. I get carpet cleaning duty today. Hopefully we can get moved in by Christmas. Such a hassle! I hope you all have a great day! Hugs!!

Gingerbread houses

We decided to do our gingerbread houses this last sunday and had so much fun making them. Lots of candy and icing! YUM! Logan made his first house, well actually daddy made the house and logan loaded up the frosting and candy. He ate a lot off of it too! We always have a blast trying to build our houses and load up the candy. Unfortunetly it was right before Logan's bed time and he was just a little too excited to go to sleep!

FInally got our christmas pictures!

We were finally able to take our christmas pictures on Saturday. I love the way they turned out. I *heart* photoshop!!! I'm sooo in love with the lollipop picture. Isn't he soooo cute! So that's a load off my mind, although I still need to finish my christmas cards, that should be a couple more days. Making 21 handmade cards takes SOOOO long! But I think it's worth it.

Brittany's Boyfriend has been visiting and we've all been playing the new LIFE game every night. SO fun! If you don't have it, I suggest that game for Christmas, we laugh so hard playing together!

We had a great week.

Last week was so fun. Brandon's birthday was on Thanksgiving, so he got quite the celebration this year! We couldn't find any candles so we used one giant one! he he. Logan had so much fun at Thanksgiving, he stuffed his face, as you can see and we ate and ate and ate. I even braved black friday and got some major deals. Now we're having so much fun playing games and eating leftovers. I hope you all had a great holiday!

Candyland Man

Logan has been obsessed with these three guys from the Candyland game. He doesn't want to play the game, just play with the men. He calls them "green guy, red guy, and yellow guy." very fitting. He has to have them in the bathtub and if he loses one under the bubbles, he freaks out and starts hitting at the bubbles until he can find them. Then shouts for joy at seeing their return! He makes me laugh! Love that boy!

This is why...

This is why I love to take pictures. Love to document our lives at the moment. Just a small 5 minutes of time that Brandon read Logan a book, but something that can be remembered forever.

I've been stalking the mailman. I'm waiting for my 430EX flash and my LightSphere to get here. Just can't wait to play with them! I'll be posting pics all the time!!

Today was kind of busy so Logan had to entertain himself. Poor kid. He dumped out a whole pitcher of juice today, yea, so much fun to clean up!

Lazy tuesday

We had so much fun shopping yesterday as a family. We went looking for an artificial christmas tree. Too bad the only one's I love are like $300, yikes! I just love looking at all the fun christmas stuff. Today we're having a lazy day. I think we'll make some cupcakes to decorate this afternoon. Just what we need, more sugar!

Here's some pictures from October when we went to the local pumpkin patch. Logan had so much fun running from pumpkin to pumpkin trying to lift them up. He would say "too heavy" and drop it. I'm surprised he didn't bust one open. He even got to go through a little hay maze with his cousin. When we went to carve the pumpkins, he refused to stick his hands inside. I think he took out one seed. He loved Halloween though, just like his mom and dad.

Jungle love!

For the past month Logan has been completely OBSESSED with Jungle Book. He watches it 2-3 times a day. He even has a lot of the lines memorized. The other day he started marching around the house saying Hut 2, 3, 4 and saying "elephants, elephants." Such a quirky boy.

Life is going good. Brandon has the day off tomorrow so we get to sleep in together, that is if Logan will sleep in too! I'm feeling absolutely huge with this new baby. I still have 3 months to go as well! I'm trying not to think about that!
