Some fun Logy facts

1.) He loves his new brother and constantly tries to hug and kiss him to death. I can't believe the baby doesn't start crying the second he sees Logan coming. I caught him kissing him so much one time that there was drool all over the baby's face. Poor guy! :)

2.) For some odd reason he wants to sleep on the floor. Hoping it's just a phase. He started it last week and refuses to sleep in his bed at the moment.

3.)We just started getting the Friend Magazine for him and he doesn't let anyone touch it. He says, "Mommy, that's my magazine. Don't touch it!" he he

4.) He's broken ALL of our glasses. Brandon had to get another vision insurance coverage because of it.

5.) His best friend Ryan comes over once a week and the first thing they do together is jump up and down screaming "daddy's daddy's" Don't ask me what it means.

6.) We don't know where he got it from but he calls our pool table Koolaid. He's always asking Brandon, "Go downstairs to play koolaid? Koolaid daddy?" We don't want to correct him because it's just soooo stinkin' cute!

7.) He's a movie buff just like his mommy. He begs me to put one movie in after another and can quote almost all of them. He watched Night at the Museum the other day and went around saying, "What are you, a wierdy?" LOL!

8.) We can't put him to sleep at night until he has all his blankets piled up on top of him. He knows every blanket he owns and wants them in bed. I'm surprised he hasn't gotten heat stroke. I call him princess and the pea when he does that!

9.)Logan loves basketball and can make it in the basket almost every time. Brandon's sooo proud! :)

10.) He's so adorable, I could just eat him up!

Hopping along the bunny trail!!!

Logan is finally understanding the concept of Santa and the Easter Bunny, I think that's what made this year really fun for us. He kept asking if we could have the Easter Bunny over for dinner which made me laugh. We went over to Brandon's parent on Saturday and dyed eggs as a family, Logan kept flicking the dye everywhere. Luckily Brandon got that under control. He lost interest fast, as two year olds do, once he dyed one egg. Oh, well! It was really fun watching him get up in the morning and find what the Easter Bunny had left him. His favorite present was this bat and ball that is shaped like a carrot and a pea. he he. Oh, and lots and lots of candy (which got put up right after he saw it!) Lucky boy!! He also had fun looking for the easter eggs in grandma's backyard. We still have snow here, so it wasn't too hard to find the dyed eggs. :) Logan even did the classic bend down to get the egg while another one falls out of the basket cycle. It was so funny. He ran all over the yard yelling, "Oh, another one!!" He did not want to come inside even when they were all found. I hope you all had a great Easter!!

My funky haired boy!!

Look at that hair! Landen's hair is soooo curly. WHen you get it wet, it goes into little ringlets. SOooo cute. Although by the end of the day it's straight because everyone runs their fingers through his hair. So I had to get a shot of him when daddy stuck his hair straight up! ALso got a fun over the shoulder pose this week. I can't believe he turns 1 mo. today. It's going by way too fast!

So Brandon has this tradition of what we call "birthday week". That means I pretty much get whatever I want this week. Hehe. Started off my day this morning with my very own box of Peanut Butter Captian Crunch, and little does he know, we're watching a chick flick on Friday night. He sure does love me!!

How can you not love this face?

I finally got Logan to pose for some pictures. You'd think he'd be so great at posing with me taking pictures all the time, but for some reason, he refuses to even smile. 2 year olds! We had a great day yesterday. I even made home-made Mac and Cheese, doesn't get any better than that! I hope you all have a great day!

Wii would like to play!

We were so lucky to have my mom, sister, and niece come up after Landen was born. Kelsey brought their WII and Logan was OBSESSED! And pretty good at it too! I have to admit, the bowling was pretty fun although I think I hurt my hip from too many lunges on one side!

We are just starting to notice that Logan is using more complete sentences. He's adding in all the is, and, but, the, words. We were driving to walmart today and the truck in front of us revved it's engine and Logan thought it was our mini van (ha ha) and he told Brandon, "Daddy slow down. You're going too fast!" I almost died laughing. I don't know where he got that!
